RETURNS

Request a return HERE

We are happy to accept returns on all purchases for refund, exchange or store credit.

Your item(s) must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for refund or exchange:

• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
• Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and must have the hygiene seal intact.

All items purchased from the sale are exchangeable but non-refundable.

If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at an additional charge. 

RETURN COST

Return labels are at the expense of the customer and are issued via our online returns process. Return rates for U.K. orders are £5 and International Orders £30 and will be deducted from your refund amount upon processing your return.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

Email us at hello@isabellemeira.com with your order number to initiate the exchange process.

If alternate sizes / colours are available we will ask for you to complete a separate order for your new item whilst returning your original item for a refund. This just helps to speed up the process of you getting your perfect item.
